We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented Administrative Official to oversee and coordinate the provision of high-quality, efficient, and sustainable Administration, Human Resource Management and Logistics support for the organization.
Job Location: Head Office, BSCIC, Industrial Estate, Kushtia . Bangladesh
Key Responsibilities:
Formulate plans, policies, and overarching strategies for Administration, HRM and Logistics.
Coordinate, monitor and lead department heads across administration, human resources and logistics.
Design and enforce comprehensive organizational safety and security protocols.
Build and maintain strong operational relationships with both internal teams and key external stakeholders.
Ensure total factory compliance with rules and regulations while managing potential organizational risks.
Oversee the cost-effective, efficient maintenance and utilization of all company vehicles.
