Job Overview
Gaming Business Lead plays a critical role in driving the growth, profitability, and market leadership of Grameenphone’s gaming business as a strategic digital revenue and engagement pillar. The role is responsible for defining and executing the gaming business strategy, developing a differentiated gaming ecosystem, growing user engagement, securing key product capabilities, and delivering sustainable revenue growth across Grameenphone's digital and physical channels.
The Gaming Business Lead will work closely with Product, Technology, Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Regulatory, and Partnership teams to identify emerging gaming opportunities, build on existing portfolio to deliver higher growth & launch innovative customer experiences, and create scalable monetization models. The role will leverage data analytics, AI-driven insights, personalization capabilities, and growth strategies to establish Grameenphone as the preferred gaming destination for customers.
