Full Stack Digital Marketing & WordPress Specialist

Air Spider LLC is looking for a performance-driven, creative, and technically skilled Full Stack Digital Marketing & WordPress Specialist to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone who can independently manage and grow our digital presence, WordPress website, social media, paid advertising, SEO, content, and graphic design activities.

The ideal candidate should be both creative and analytical, with hands-on experience in digital marketing as well as strong knowledge of WordPress and graphic design.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

• Plan, execute, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Facebook/Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.

• Develop strategies to increase website traffic, leads, engagement, and conversions.

• Manage paid advertising campaigns and monitor ROI, CPC, CPA, CTR, conversions, and overall campaign performance.

• Conduct competitor research and identify new digital marketing opportunities.

• Develop and implement lead-generation and conversion strategies.

WordPress Website Management

• Manage and maintain the company`s WordPress website independently.

• Create, edit, and update website pages, landing pages, blogs, images, banners, forms, and other website content.

• Manage WordPress themes, plugins, menus, widgets, and basic website settings.

• Ensure the website is mobile-friendly, fast, secure, and properly maintained.

• Troubleshoot basic WordPress issues and coordinate with developers when advanced technical support is required.

• Create and optimize landing pages for marketing campaigns.

SEO & Website Growth

• Develop and implement On-Page and Off-Page SEO strategies.

• Perform keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.

• Manage technical SEO basics, meta titles, descriptions, headings, internal linking, image optimization, and URL structures.

• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

• Develop strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings.

Social Media & Content

• Manage company social media platforms and develop content calendars.

• Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.

• Write marketing copy, captions, articles, blogs, and promotional content.

• Create short-form video/reel content when required.

• Maintain consistent company branding across all digital channels.

Graphic Design

• Create professional social media posts, banners, advertisements, website graphics, presentations, brochures, and other marketing materials.

• Use Adobe Photoshop and Canva to create and edit marketing designs.

• Ensure all visual content follows the company`s branding and professional standards.

Email Marketing & Lead Generation

• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.

• Develop email funnels and automation strategies.

• Support CRM integration and lead-management activities.

Track email performance, including open rates, CTR, conversions, and engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in Full Stack Digital Marketing.

• Strong practical knowledge of WordPress website management.

• Must be able to independently manage day-to-day WordPress website activities.

• Strong knowledge of Facebook/Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

• Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and website optimization.

• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.

• Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop and Canva.

• Good content writing and copywriting skills.

• Ability to create professional social media and website content.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.

• Good understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization.

• Ability to manage multiple digital marketing activities independently.
