Responsibilities & Context

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, vendors, and employees with professionalism and courtesy, while coordinating with the concerned departments for visitor reception.
Manage front desk operations by maintaining a clean, organized, and professional reception area at all times.
Receive, record, distribute, and maintain proper filing of incoming mail, courier parcels, official documents, and other administrative records to ensure efficient office operations.
Perform any other front desk and administrative duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
