Genweb2 Limited is looking for a professional, friendly, and organized Front Desk Executive to manage reception and day-to-day administrative activities. The candidate will also be responsible for petty cash management and vendor payment coordination.
Employment Type: Full-time
Manage the front desk, reception area, and visitor management.
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
Handle incoming calls, messages, courier, and correspondence.
Maintain visitor, courier, and front-desk records.
Manage daily petty cash and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
Collect, verify, and maintain petty cash bills, vouchers, and receipts.
Prepare petty cash statements and ensure regular reconciliation.
Collect and verify vendor invoices and supporting documents.
Coordinate with concerned departments for vendor payment approvals.
Prepare and follow up on vendor payment requests.
Maintain vendor payment records and communicate with vendors regarding payment status.
Assist with procurement of office supplies, stationery, and other administrative requirements.
Maintain records of office expenses and administrative documents.
Provide general administrative support to the HR & Admin/Management team.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
