Key Responsibilities

Warmly welcome and assist clients and visitors
Handle incoming calls and client inquiries
Communicate with clients professionally and courteously
Manage front desk activities and appointments
Respond to customer queries through phone & WhatsApp
Maintain client records and basic office documentation
Coordinate with relevant team members when required
