Fire Safety Officer

Conduct regular inspections of fire detection systems, fire alarms, fire extinguishers, hydrants, and sprinkler systems.

Identify fire hazards and recommend corrective and preventive measures.

Conduct fire safety training, fire drills, and evacuation drills for employees.

Educate employees on the proper use of fire-fighting equipment and emergency procedures.

Maintain training records, fire drill records, and related reports.

Coordinate with external auditors, Fire Service officials, and relevant regulatory authorities.

Maintain all fire safety documents, licenses, inspection reports, safety committee records, and certifications.
