And, Sales Manager Pvt. Ltd is the Back Office, Marketing & Sales Office of Cyanergy based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

We are seeking a highly qualified individuals to manage Cyanergy’s accounts. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills in English to ensure seamless coordination and execution of responsibilities.

This role reports to the Finance Operations Manager of the group based in Manila.

As a full-time F&A Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting in Fortnightly Payroll setups and commission validation
• Assisting in submission of Monthly Payroll Tax and Quarterly Super
• Assisting in the AR functions such as the weekly AR Reporting, Commercial entities Debt Collection, and SolarVIC monitoring.
• Assisting in the AP functions such as posting of recurring expenses, stock, and installer payments
• Inventory Management, Audit, and Reconciliation for the three entities from start to end of process (from supplier, to VIC & NSW warehouse, to contractors, and finally to customer)
• Running of Reports and Financial Models on an ad-hoc basis

To be successful for this role you must be able to meet the following criteria:

• A good communicator and be able to speak English at a high-level
• Proficient in MS Office mainly MS Excel and be able to run Pivot tables and data modelling as required. An MS Excel competency test will be conducted prior to interviews
• Able to meet Finance deadlines and manage workload with limited supervision
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance

Preferred but not necessary:

• Have worked in a Finance team & office environment for 2+ years
• Have experience using an Accounting software such as Xero
• Have used CRM and Project management softwares such as Zoho and Dataforce

Salary & other benefits:

• Salary: 50,000 – 70,000 Taka per month
• Yearly 2 festive bonuses.
• Annual paid and sick leave.
