Field Service Engineer - Georgia

• Associate degree (AE) or equivalent certificate in electronic technology from an accredited technical school, or equivalent military experience
• 2–3 years of field service experience supporting electromechanical equipment
• Strong electronic troubleshooting skills with knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
• Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics, wiring diagrams, and pneumatic and hydraulic diagrams
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with MS Windows, Outlook, and Microsoft Office applications
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work effectively from a home office

This position requires the ability to safely perform the essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Essential physical requirements include the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and tools weighing up to 80 pounds; stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods while performing service activities; and use hand and power tools requiring manual dexterity. The role requires the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle and travel regularly to customer sites. Work is performed primarily at customer locations and may involve exposure to typical industrial environments with appropriate personal protective equipment provided.
