Field Operations Division Manager

Hishabee Technology Limited is looking for an experienced Field Operations Division Manager to lead and manage field operations across the Khulna Division.

The role will be responsible for managing the distributor (supplier) and retailer network, driving distributor onboarding, order volume (GTV), Puji Credit utilisation, retailer activation and reorder, while leading a team of Area Supplier Managers and Field Assistants.

The selected candidate will have overall responsibility for divisional business performance, team productivity, field discipline, KYC/data integrity, and collections performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve divisional targets for distributor onboarding, active distributor coverage, GTV/order volume, credit utilisation, retailer activation, and reorder.
• Lead, coach, and manage Area Supplier Managers and Field Assistants across Khulna Division.
• Set individual/team targets and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Build and maintain a strong distributor/supplier pipeline.
• Drive retailer reactivation and improve first-to-second order conversion.
• Ensure accurate KYC and first-hand field data collection with zero tolerance for fabricated information.
• Monitor credit collections and maintain healthy Portfolio at Risk (PAR).
• Plan territory coverage, field routes, and team deployment for maximum productivity.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and manage field employees.
• Monitor attendance, leave, discipline, and individual performance.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly divisional performance reports to Head Office.
• Identify field-level challenges and implement corrective actions to achieve business targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in field sales, distribution, or field operations management.
• Experience in FMCG, Fintech, Microfinance, or Telecom distribution will be preferred.
• Proven experience managing a multi-area field team.
• Strong understanding of distribution operations, sales performance, credit, and collections.
• Strong leadership, team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using smartphone applications, dashboards, and spreadsheet-based reporting.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making ability.
• Must own a motorcycle and have a valid driving licence.
• Willing to travel extensively across the Khulna Division.
• Candidates based in Khulna or willing to relocate to Khulna will be preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Conveyance/Travel Allowance	BDT 3,000
Gross Monthly Salary	BDT 45,000

Note: The BDT 3,000 conveyance allowance is included in the BDT 45,000 gross salary. A personal motorcycle is required, and fuel/travel support is provided through the conveyance allowance.
