Field Officer - Loan Operations

Euro Bangla Foundation (EBF), a non-profit, non-governmental development organization, is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for the position of Field Officer under its Microfinance Program.

The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing microfinance activities at the field level, including member enrollment, group formation, savings mobilization, loan processing and disbursement, regular collection of loan installments, and follow-up with borrowers. The position will also involve conducting field visits, monitoring clients’ income-generating activities, maintaining accurate records and reports, ensuring timely recovery of loans, and supporting the smooth operation of assigned branch/centre activities.

The Field Officer will work directly with community members, particularly low-income and vulnerable households, and will be expected to maintain professional relationships with clients while ensuring compliance with EBF’s policies, procedures, and applicable microfinance regulatory requirements. The role requires frequent field travel and close coordination with the Branch/Centre Manager and other program staff.
