JOB LOCATION: Munshigonj, Narayangonj, Narsingdi
Job Responsibilities: (Animal Heath Division)
- Train and develop the team to get updated always-on product knowledge.
- Formulate and implement strategies to achieve the Sales & Collection target in the assigned territory.
- Create brand value of the product(s) at the Doctor’s front.
- Responsible for achieving sales effectiveness within an assigned area with the goal of meeting or surpassing individual and team goals each quarter.
- Capability to handle the situation that arises in the field.
- Planning, monitoring, and achieving monthly & yearly Sales & Collection.
- Continuous monitoring of the team members for the effectiveness of everyday work.
- Regular visits to Farm/Hospital/PC/Traders to improve relationships and business growth.
- Monitor the performance of the team within the territory and reallocate resources to improve overall results.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Update always on competitors activities & Basic market information like, Poultry Farm, Ruminant Farm/Aquaculture Farm, Bird & Animal Population.
- Other regular duties & responsibilities.
