Field Facilitator

Research Initiatives Bangladesh (RIB), a non-government organization is looking for a dynamic Field Facilitator for the project “Reducing discrimination of ethnic and fishing communities, Dalits and marginalized women in Habigonj and Khulna” funded by MISEREOR.

Job Responsibilities

• Formation of groups as per the requirement of the project

• Planning and implement project activities

• Capacity building of CSOs by organising and facilitating training on Human Rights, RTI, peace building, non-violent approaches and identity-based human rights violations.

• Organising and facilitating training and meeting

• Maintain communication with all stakeholders at community level

• Coordination with public authorities

• Preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual plan

• Support for preparation of qualitative and quantitative reports

• Maintain all sorts of documentation of project activities

• Provide support to the Supervisor for smooth implementation of the project

• Ensure gender friendly environment at all level

• Carry out any other assignments required by the organization.
