• Prepare and maintain company documents, reports, records, and databases.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth business operations.
• Follow up on assigned tasks, candidates, clients, and business activities.
• Support management in daily administrative and operational activities.
• Maintain accurate records and update relevant company systems and files.
• Participate in meetings, training sessions, and company activities.
• Complete assigned responsibilities within the required deadlines.
• Contribute ideas to improve business operations and team productivity.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
