Responsibilities & Context

Analyze fabrics, fashion trends, colors, silhouettes, and market trends.
Develop and create seasonal fashion collections based on current trends and buyer requirements.
Prepare detailed Tech Packs and coordinate the complete sampling process.
Work closely with Supplier, Master, Sampling, and Washing Departments to ensure product quality and design accuracy.
Coordinate with the Merchandising Team for product development, sampling, and buyer requirements.
Make product presentations and effectively present design concepts and collections.
Support product marketing activities and develop presentations/materials for product promotion.
Ensure designs are commercially viable, production-friendly, and aligned with target market requirements.
