Factory Manager - Production (BAG)

Production Planning & Execution

• Line Balancing & Scheduling: Develop and execute daily sewing line loading plans to maximize monthly production capacity.
• Pre-Production Supervision: Oversee size-set cutting, pilot runs, and pre-production meetings to minimize defects.
• Plan and direct daily production schedules to consistently meet delivery commitments
• Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks, downtime, and material shortages

Quality & Efficiency

• Oversee quality control and machine efficiency to uphold production standards
• Drive cost-control and wastage-reduction initiatives across the production line

Workforce Management

• Manage workforce planning, shift allocation, and team performance
• Develop and mentor supervisors and line staff to strengthen team capability

Coordination & Compliance

• Maintain close coordination with the merchandising/export team on order status and timelines
• Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and factory regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate production records, reporting, and KPI tracking
