F & B Manager

Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage operations, including at least 2 years in a managerial position in a recognized hotel, resort, or hospitality establishment.

Proven experience managing multiple F&B outlets and large hospitality service teams.

Strong preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience in resort operations, destination resorts, beach resorts, luxury hotels, or comparable leisure properties.

Strong understanding of F&B business performance, including revenue management, food and beverage cost, labor cost, budgeting, forecasting, gross profit, and variance analysis.

Strong practical knowledge of F&B purchasing, receiving, storage, stock rotation, inventory reconciliation, and supplier coordination.

Sound understanding of food safety, HACCP principles, sanitation, hygiene, food handling, and workplace safety.

Strong manpower planning and shift-management skills for 24/7 or extended-hour resort operations.

Excellent guest-relations and service-recovery skills, with the ability to handle complaints and sensitive situations professionally.

Strong coordination skills with the Executive Chef, Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales & Marketing, Accounts, Procurement, Engineering, Events, and Resort Management teams.

Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.

Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email.

Experience with POS systems, F&B management software, PMS interfaces, inventory-management systems, or hospitality ERP solutions will be an advantage.

Willingness to work flexible hours, rotational shifts, weekends, public holidays, peak seasons, and extended hours according to Resort requirements.

Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.

Professional training/certification in Food & Beverage Management, Hospitality Operations, Food Safety/HACCP, or related fields will be an added advantage.2026
