Executive/Sr. Executive - Tender Sales (Solar)

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting solar tender activities, business development, and project acquisition initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

✅ Identify and collect solar project tender opportunities from government, semi-government, and private sectors.

✅ Support the preparation and submission of technical & commercial tender documents.

✅ Assist in managing e-GP and Offline Tender Submission processes.

✅ Review tender documents, BOQ, specifications, and compliance requirements.

✅ Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams for tender preparation.

✅ Support preparation of solar system proposals, drawings, and technical documents.

✅ Maintain communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant stakeholders.

✅ Assist in pre-bid meetings, tender clarification, and negotiation processes.

✅ Maintain tender records, market information, and project opportunity tracking.
