Applicants should be 30 to 45 years of age. Candidates with experience managing multiple fish ponds, large-scale aquaculture projects, or integrated fisheries operations will receive preference. Strong technical knowledge of aquaculture production systems, fish nutrition, water quality management, fish health, and disease prevention is essential. Demonstrated leadership, planning, and project management capabilities with the ability to lead field operations effectively. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills to ensure efficient farm management and operational improvements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office , particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint , along with strong report writing and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage operations at remote project sites whenever required. Strong communication, interpersonal, and team management skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with field staff and stakeholders.
