Responsibilities & Context
Performing In-Process Checks (IPC), Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) and Hold/Process Record (HPR) review, Change Control activities, and Batch Release activities.
Handling Market Complaints, Deviations, Quality Incident Reports (QIR), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), and product rejection activities.
Handling batch documentation and retention samples and ensuring proper investigation and documentation of quality incidents.
Conducting Training Needs Assessments (TNA) and preparing and conducting training programs for employees.
Issuing, reviewing, and closing Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR) and performing final product release for the market.
Issuing, reviewing, and approving Process Validation and Hold Time Study protocols, and monitoring validation activities.
Issuing, reviewing, and approving Machine/Equipment Qualification protocols, and monitoring qualification and requalification activities.
Ensuring proper preparation, review, maintenance, and control of all Quality Assurance-related documents in compliance with applicable SOPs, GMP requirements, and the Quality Management System (QMS).
