Executive/Sr. Executive, Marketing (Sara Hospital & Diagnostics Center)

JSK Group is a growing and diversified business group with operations in the healthcare sector. Our healthcare network includes multiple Medical Centers and Sara Hospital & Diagnostics, providing a wide range of medical, diagnostic, laboratory, imaging, health screening and patient care services.

As part of our continued business expansion, we are looking for energetic, confident, target-oriented and result-driven Marketing Executives/Sr. Marketing Executives to strengthen our Marketing & Business Development team. The selected candidates will be responsible for promoting healthcare services, developing new business opportunities, maintaining professional relationships with doctors and healthcare stakeholders, developing corporate clients and increasing patient flow across our Medical Centers and Sara Hospital & Diagnostics.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote all Medical Centers and Sara Hospital & Diagnostics.

• Promote hospital, diagnostic, laboratory, imaging, health check-up, medical packages and other healthcare services to potential customers.

• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase patient flow, service utilization and revenue.

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, consultants, physicians, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies and other healthcare professionals.

• Conduct regular visits to doctors, clinics, hospitals, corporate offices, institutions and other potential business locations.

• Develop and maintain an effective doctor, referral and healthcare professional network to generate patient referrals.

• Identify and approach potential corporate clients, organizations, institutions, factories, schools, universities and other establishments for healthcare service partnerships.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate decision-makers, HR/Admin representatives and institutional clients.

• Promote corporate health check-up packages, diagnostic packages, medical services, employee health screening and other healthcare programs.

• Arrange corporate meetings, presentations and service proposals to develop new business opportunities.

• Develop corporate partnerships and institutional business opportunities in coordination with management.

• Generate qualified leads through field marketing, corporate visits, doctor networking, referrals and other marketing activities.

• Conduct regular field visits to increase market coverage and establish the organization’s presence in targeted areas.

• Introduce healthcare facilities, diagnostic services, medical packages and promotional offers to prospective clients and referral sources.

• Follow up regularly with existing and potential clients, doctors, corporate organizations and referral sources to convert leads into business.

• Organize and participate in health camps, medical camps, corporate health programs, awareness campaigns, seminars and promotional events.

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for new services, diagnostic packages, health check-up packages and other healthcare programs.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of corporate health programs, campaigns and promotional activities.

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, competitor activities and potential business opportunities.

• Monitor competitors’ services, packages, pricing, promotional activities and market presence.

• Collect market intelligence through field visits, client meetings and customer interactions and provide relevant feedback to management.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business and customer retention.

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with concerned departments to provide appropriate healthcare service solutions.

• Collect customer and client feedback and communicate relevant issues to the concerned departments for necessary action.

• Coordinate with Hospital Administration, Diagnostic, Laboratory, Radiology, Billing, Customer Service and other relevant departments for client requirements.

• Maintain an updated database of doctors, clinics, hospitals, corporate clients, institutions, referral sources and business leads.

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on field visits, doctor meetings, corporate meetings, leads, referrals, client follow-ups and business performance.

• Monitor individual marketing performance against assigned targets and take necessary actions to achieve business objectives.

• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual marketing, sales and business development targets.

• Maintain proper documentation of marketing activities, client communications, meetings and follow-up status.

• Represent the organization professionally in meetings, seminars, health camps, corporate events and other external activities.

• Support branding and promotional activities to strengthen the market presence and reputation of the Medical Centers and Sara Hospital & Diagnostics.

• Explore new marketing channels, referral sources and partnership opportunities to expand healthcare services.

• Work closely with the Marketing & Business Development team to achieve overall organizational goals.

• Provide regular updates to the reporting manager regarding market activities, business opportunities, challenges and achievements.

• Perform any other marketing, sales, business development or promotional activities assigned by the management.
