Job Responsibilities

· To entry all financial transactions in ERP Systems.

· To ensure all accounting documents are accurately recorded and preserved in the books of accounts.

· To manage banking activities & reconciliation with bank ledger of all transactions.

· Reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable with all parties support documents.

· Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy

· To track organization financial transactions as per company policy.

· To monitor and check daily basis inventory consumptions.

· To prepare the stock reports in monthly basis.

· To check and verify salary, wages, overtime and other facilities sheets as per company policy and Bangladesh Law.

· To perform all others assignments given by management.

Educational Requirements

• M.Com (Accounting/Managements)/MBA in any reputed University.

· CA-CC or Party qualified will get advantages.

• Skills Required: Accounting Software/ERP, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote

Experience Requirements

• 3 to 8 year(s)

The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

· Accounting Information Systems (AIS).

· Garments, Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

· Age 30 to 40 years

· Males and Female are allowed to apply.

· Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.

· Strong analytical, technical & Methodological ability.

· Ability to achieve the target within lead time.
