Requirements

Education

LLB / LLM from any reputed university.
Candidates having professional legal qualifications and/or relevant training will be given preference.

Experience

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Group of Companies, Developer

Additional Requirements

Age At least 25 years

Good knowledge of real estate legal documentation, property-related matters and apartment registration procedures.
Strong legal drafting and document-vetting skills.
Good command of Bangla and English typing.
Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and document management.
Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail, integrity and professional attitude.

Responsibilities & Context

Draft, review and vet various legal documents, agreements, deeds, undertakings, notices and other legal instruments.
Handle day-to-day legal activities of the company, particularly real estate, property and apartment registration-related matters.
Review and verify legal documents related to apartment sales, transfer, registration and handover.
Prepare and maintain necessary documents for apartment registration and related legal formalities.
Coordinate with the Customer Service Department for apartment registration and customer-related documentation.
Visit Tejgaon Sub-Registry Office and other relevant government offices for apartment registration and other legal purposes.
Follow up on registration-related matters and ensure timely completion of required formalities.
Properly preserve and maintain all legal documents, agreements, deeds, registration documents and records in an organized and secure manner.
Maintain proper records and tracking of ongoing registration and legal cases.
Coordinate with lawyers, deed writers, registration officials, government authorities and other relevant stakeholders when required.
Identify legal/documentation issues and report them to the management with appropriate recommendations.
Ensure confidentiality and proper custody of all company legal documents and information.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor and Management.
