B.Sc. in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE), Textile Engineering or related discipline.
2–5 years of relevant experience in IE Department of Woven Garments.
Strong knowledge of SMV/SAM, Time Study, Line Balancing & Capacity Planning.
Good command of MS Excel, productivity analysis & IE reporting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production & efficiency targets.
Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen & 5S will be an added advantage.
Candidates with experience in export-oriented woven garments factories will be preferred.
Candidates who have experience in Industrial Engineering (Woven Garments) are highly encouraged to apply.
Instruct & implement the machine layout along with the right manpower.
Ensure line efficiency with allocated manpower.
Prepare Skill matrix for recruiting & grading the new employee.
Time study, capacity study, and follow-up study of the running style and take appointment measures.
Find out bottlenecks solve problems if any.
Ensure supply chain operation and achieve maximum output.
Motivate workers to achieve higher productivity.
Identify best performers and award incentives to deserving workers.
Any other job assigned by seniors/ management.
