Executive/Senior Executive-Performance Management

Ensure annual performance management cycle i.e. objective setting, mid-year, annual and timely completion across all departments.

Support Line Managers and employees in cascading organizational objectives into measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). 

Maintain accurate employee performance data, and generate analytical reports to identify performance trends, high potentials, and development gaps. 

Facilitate training sessions for Line Managers and employees on goal setting, objective evaluations, effective feedback delivery, and using the performance management software/system. 

Assist in organizing and facilitating performance calibration sessions to ensure fairness, objectivity, and consistency in rating distribution across teams. 

Facilitate and execute performance improvement plans as and when needed.

Assist in reviewing and updating performance management frameworks, guidelines, and policies in line with industry best practices and organizational growth.
