Executive/Senior Executive - Land Sales ( Real Estate )

Context:

Sharif Landmarks Ltd. is a growing real estate company engaged in land acquisition, land development and property sales. We are looking for an energetic, confident and target-oriented Senior Sales Executive to strengthen our sales team and contribute directly to the growth of our land sales business.

The selected candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, identifying potential customers, conducting client meetings and site visits, presenting project details, negotiating with clients and converting prospects into successful sales. The candidate will work closely with the Sales Manager and other relevant departments to ensure smooth sales operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through personal networking, referrals, digital platforms and other sales channels.
• Identify and approach potential buyers and investors for company land projects.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
• Arrange and conduct client meetings, presentations and project/site visits.
• Explain project details, location, pricing, payment plans and investment opportunities to clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable land/project options.
• Negotiate with clients and effectively convert prospects into sales.
• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up of all leads.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and investors.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups and sales progress.
• Coordinate with the Sales Manager regarding sales activities, targets and challenges.
• Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports for management.
• Coordinate with Accounts, Legal, Customer Service and other departments for smooth completion of sales procedures.
• Follow up with customers regarding booking, installments and payment schedules.
• Develop referral-based business and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
• Monitor market trends, customer demand and competitor activities.
• Participate in sales meetings, promotional campaigns, property fairs and other marketing activities.
