Executive/Senior Executive - Commercial ( Import)

Manage the opening and processing of Local Import L/Cs for accessories and yarn, ensuring timely execution and proper documentation.

Process Yarn Purchase Orders (POs) and Requisitions, coordinating with suppliers and relevant departments to ensure timely delivery.

Handle the opening and management of Foreign Fabric L/Cs, including verification of Proforma Invoices (P.I.) and HS Codes.

Review and verify foreign import draft documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with customs clearance requirements.

Process and manage EDF L/Cs and UPAS L/Cs, including all related banking and commercial documentation.

Handle BTB L/C, Cash L/C, TT, and RTGS transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

Coordinate effectively with banks, suppliers, C&F agents, logistics teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient import operations.

Ensure all commercial and banking activities comply with Bangladesh Bank regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.

Maintain accurate and organized import records, documentation, transaction details, and follow-up schedules.

Monitor the overall import process and proactively follow up on pending L/Cs, shipments, documents, payments, and deliveries to ensure uninterrupted operations.
