Executive Telemarketing

Job Context:

We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Executive – Telemarketing to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with prospective and existing customers over the phone, promoting company products/services, generating leads, and supporting sales growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve individual and team targets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
• Answer inbound calls from interested prospects and provide detailed information
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems or call logs.
• Explain product features and benefits clearly to customers.
• Identify potential customers through research and cold calling.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly meeting/visit targets set by the management.
• Manage time efficiently to maximize call volume and productivity.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports for management review.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage timely payments.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer financial information and records.
• Any other task given by the management.
