At least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Multinational Companies, Garments, Textile, Leather goods/ Footwear/ Tannery, Group of Companies.

Responsibilities & Context

Manage day-to-day store operations of a manufacturing plant, including receiving, storage, issuance and dispatch of materials.
Ensure accurate physical and system-based inventory records.
Monitor material movement and maintain proper documentation.
Conduct regular stock verification and reconcile physical stock with system records.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Planning, Quality and other relevant departments for material requirements.
Ensure proper identification, storage, preservation and traceability of materials.
Monitor stock levels and support timely replenishment of materials.
Maintain 5S, safety and housekeeping standards within the store.
Prepare and maintain store reports, registers and relevant SAP transactions.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and inventory control procedures.
