MRM Ventures Ltd. is one of the leading automobile importing and trading companies in Bangladesh. We are looking for a competent, self-motivated, and experienced VAT & Tax professional who can independently manage all VAT and Income Tax-related activities while ensuring compliance with the laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit Monthly VAT Returns (Mushak-9.1) within the prescribed timeline.
Prepare and maintain all VAT registers and Mushak forms as per VAT & SD Act, 2012.
Prepare and submit Corporate Income Tax Return.
Calculate and deposit Advance Income Tax (AIT), Withholding Tax (TDS), and other applicable taxes.
Ensure proper deduction, deposit, and reporting of Tax at Source.
Maintain VAT, Tax, and statutory compliance records.
Coordinate with NBR, VAT Commissionerate, Income Tax Office, Customs, Banks, and Auditors.
Handle VAT and Tax assessments, hearings, and audits.
Assist management in VAT & Tax planning and compliance.
Prepare various compliance reports for management.
Stay updated with changes in VAT and Income Tax laws.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
