BBA/MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or relevant discipline.
Professional certification in Real Estate/Property Sales will be an advantage.

2–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
Experience in Real Estate, Investment Sales, Share Sales, Resort/Hospitality, or related industries will be preferred.
Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered for Executive positions.

Age: 25 years and above.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong client-handling and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Good presentation and follow-up skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and project visits.

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Executive / Sr. Executive – Sales & Marketing to generate leads, engage prospective investors and clients, promote project share and real estate opportunities, and drive sales conversion for Northern Spring Amusement Park.

Sell company project shares and real estate projects.
Generate leads and identify potential investors and buyers.
Contact prospects and present suitable investment opportunities.
Explain project features, investment benefits, pricing, and payment plans.
Arrange and conduct client/project visits.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Negotiate with clients and support deal closures.
Maintain regular follow-up through calls, meetings, and digital channels.
Update CRM and maintain accurate customer information.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Coordinate with Marketing to support sales campaigns.
Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare regular sales and follow-up reports.
Participate in exhibitions, corporate meetings, events, and promotional activities.
