Executive / Sr. Executive - Sales & Marketing

Job Location: Field Job- Dhaka, Narayanganj, Chittagong (As per Requirements).

Job Context

Lucerne Cocoa & Chocolate Products Ltd. is looking for an energetic, proactive and target-oriented professional for the position of Executive – Sales & Marketing. The selected candidate will support B2B sales, client development, market visits, customer relationship management, sales follow-up and marketing activities for Lucerne’s cocoa and chocolate products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B customers and business partners.

• Identify new business opportunities and potential customers in bakery, confectionery, ice cream, foodservice and related industries.

• Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings to generate sales and develop new accounts.

• Present Lucerne products, applications, product benefits and commercial offers to prospective clients.

• Follow up on leads, quotations, samples, orders and customer requirements.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Collect market intelligence, competitor information, pricing and customer feedback.

• Coordinate with Accounts, Delivery, Factory and other departments to ensure smooth order execution and customer service.

• Support product launches, promotional activities, exhibitions, digital marketing and other company marketing initiatives.

• Prepare sales visit reports, customer updates and other reports as required by management.

• Ensure timely follow-up of outstanding customer issues and provide appropriate support.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
