KB Petrochemicals Limited is looking for dynamic, energetic, target-oriented and result-driven candidates for the position of Executive – Sales & Marketing (Lubricants) to expand the market presence and sales network of KB Lubricants.
Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets for Lubricants.
Develop new dealers, distributors, retailers, workshops, corporate customers and institutional clients.
Maintain and expand existing dealer and customer networks.
Generate sales orders and ensure timely execution and delivery.
Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and submit regular sales and market visit reports.
Follow up with customers and dealers for timely payment and outstanding recovery.
Maintain proper records of customer-wise sales, collection and outstanding balances.
Ensure sales are conducted according to the Company`s approved credit and payment policy.
Coordinate with the Accounts & Finance Department regarding collection and outstanding matters.
Monitor market demand, competitor pricing, promotional activities and product availability.
Identify potential markets and recommend strategies for increasing sales.
Maintain professional relationships with dealers, distributors, workshops, retailers and corporate customers.
Address customer queries and coordinate with the relevant departments regarding product delivery and service issues.
Work to improve customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
