Executive / Sr. Executive - Sales & Marketing

Responsibilities & Context

• Generate qualified leads through referrals, corporate visits, digital platforms, exhibitions, and networking activities.
• Maintaining regular contact with clients and presenting properties according to their needs.
• Finding new potential buyers and achieving sales targets.
• Assisting customers with property visits and closing deals.
• Managing sales activities in coordination with the marketing team.
• Follow up with prospective clients through phone calls, emails, meetings, and CRM systems.
• Identify new market opportunities, emerging trends, and potential client segments.
• Participate in the development of sales plans, forecasts, and budgets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and business partners.
• Understand client needs and provide customized solutions that align with their business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales efforts.
• Monitor sales performance and key metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
• Promote the organization’s products and services to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

Education

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Real Estate
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• North South University,American International University Bangladesh,Independent University, Bangladesh,BRAC University students will get preference
• Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• MBA will be considered an added advantage.

Experience

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
• 1 to 3 years

• Strong presentation and communication abilities in both Bangla and English.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) proficiency.
