Executive / Sr. Executive (Sales)

We are looking for a young, dynamic, and energetic Sales Executive/Sr. Executive who has experience in the Bangladesh Real Estate/ Land Development industry/ Hotel & Resort Time Share.

Job Responsibilities:

• To achieve target of monthly, quarterly & yearly sales.
• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about Share/ownership.
• To follow up with further steps of the sales process. Must be a very good finisher/ deal closer in over the cell phone selling
• Maintaining regular contact with clients and presenting properties according to their needs.
• Managing sales activities in coordination with the marketing team.
• Identify new market opportunities, emerging trends, and potential client segments.
• Participate in the development of sales plans, forecasts, and budgets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and business partners.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
• Promote the organization’s products and services to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
