Job Purpose / Main Responsibility
To handle plot sale documentation and registration activities and ensure timely completion of customer-related land registration processes.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and verify plot sale, registration, transfer and related documentation.
Coordinate with customers, lawyers, registration offices and relevant authorities.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures and applicable rules.
Maintain accurate records of plot sales and registration activities.
Provide effective customer support and coordinate with Sales, Legal, Accounts and other departments.
