Executive / Sr. Executive (Mechanical Engineer)

Bridge Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is a leading and expert Animal Health Pharmaceuticals company in Bangladesh. We are currently seeking proactive and dynamic individuals for the position of Mechanical Engineer at our manufacturing complex. This role will be responsible for mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation-related engineering tasks and will report directly to the Plant Head. 

 Responsibility:     

• Design, install, and maintain mechanical equipment including HVAC systems, pumps, compressors, autoclaves, and production machinery.        

• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues during plant operations to minimize downtime.        

• Support the production team in improving processes and resolving equipment-related issues.        

• Ensure proper operation and control of cleanroom environmental systems (temperature, humidity, differential pressure).        

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and utilities etc.        

• Assist in the validation and qualification of new equipment and systems.        

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, QA, QC, Engineering, ETP, EHS, Central Store) to ensure seamless plant operations.        

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation including SOPs, maintenance logs, equipment history records, and compliance reports.        

• Inspect mechanical and associated electrical systems to identify hazards, defects, or necessary repairs.        

• Ensure all engineering activities comply with GMP.·        

• Daily monitoring of all necessary equipment’s and environmental conditions.      

• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
