Role Overview

The Learning & Development (L&D) Executive/Sr. Executive will play a key role in developing learning experiences, coordinating training programs, supporting curriculum development, conducting research, and ensuring high-quality learner engagement. The ideal candidate should be organized, creative, and passionate about learning, with the ability to collaborate across academic, marketing, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in designing, developing, and improving training programs and learning materials
• Conducting research on industry trends, learner needs, and competitor offerings to enhance course/training quality
• Supporting curriculum development, session planning, and learning resource preparation
• Coordinating with trainers, facilitators, and internal teams to ensure smooth program executions
• Monitoring learner feedback and recommending improvements to learning experiences
• Developing assessments, assignments, learning activities, and supporting materials
• Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure training content aligns with promotional campaigns
• Preparing training reports, learner progress summaries, and program documentation
• Supporting the planning and execution of workshops, webinars, and corporate training programs
• Contributing innovative ideas to improve learning effectiveness and learner engagement
