Executive/ Sr. Executive-Finance & Accounts

Labib Group is looking for an Executive/Sr. Executive – Finance & Accounts to support day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, tax/VAT compliance, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role will also assist in audits and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

• Prepare and maintain books of accounts, journals, ledgers, and supporting schedules.
• Prepare bank reconciliation statements and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Process payments, receipts, and journal vouchers accurately.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors by providing necessary documents and explanations.
• Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain liaison with banks regarding routine banking transactions, fund transfers, and account-related matters.
• Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and outstanding balances.
• Verify invoices, payment vouchers, and supporting documents before processing.
• Assist in maintaining internal control procedures and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Support cash flow monitoring and fund utilization reporting.
• Perform any other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.
