6+ years of progressive AR and GL accounting experience in a mid-to-large organization, with demonstrated ownership of month-end close, AFDA/CECL, subledger-to-GL reconciliations, and AR management reporting.Credentials: CPA strongly preferred. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.Technical Accounting: Strong U.S. GAAP judgment and ability to independently research, document, and defend accounting conclusions relating to receivables, revenue recognition alignment, accrual cut-off, contract assets/liabilities, and expected credit loss methodologies.Autonomy & Review Readiness: Proven ability to operate independently with high autonomy, producing clean, reviewer-ready workpapers within a preparer/reviewer/approver framework.Systems & ERP: Hands-on ERP experience (SAP, NetSuite, or similar) with the ability to query, reconcile, and validate data across subledger and GL modules.M&A & Integration Experience: Prior experience supporting the accounting workstream of an acquisition is a strong plus.
