Executive/ Sr. Executive- Commercial

To source and procure raw materials based on production requirements and approved specifications.

To identify, evaluate and develop reliable suppliers and alternative sourcing options.

To collect and compare quotations, negotiate price, payment terms and delivery schedules.

To prepare comparative statements (CS) and purchase-related documents.

To coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Commercial, Finance and Warehouse teams to ensure timely material availability.

To monitor purchase orders, supplier commitments and delivery status.

To follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and resolve supply-related issues.

To conduct market surveys to monitor raw material prices, availability and market trends.

To maintain supplier database, sourcing records and procurement reports.

To ensure sourcing activities comply with company policies, quality standards and SCM procedures.

To support cost reduction, supplier development and continuous improvement initiatives.
