Executive / Sr. Executive - Business & Operations

Job Context

GO DOT 5 Travels is looking for an experienced, dynamic, result-oriented, and commercially driven professional to join our team as Executive / Sr. Executive – Business & Operations.

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting and managing business development, sales, client relationship management, and travel operations, while contributing directly to revenue growth and overall business performance.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in the Travel & Tourism industry and a strong understanding of travel agency operations, sales, business development, and client servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales

• Develop new business opportunities and contribute to achieving monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Identify potential individual and corporate clients and build long-term business relationships.
• Promote and sell air tickets, visa services, tour packages, hotel reservations, corporate travel, Umrah packages, and other travel-related services.
• Present GO QIBLA’s Umrah services and products to individual and corporate clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, business partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Conduct negotiations and convert business opportunities into successful sales.
• Maintain a strong professional network within the Travel & Tourism industry.

Client Calling & Lead Follow-up

• Make regular outbound calls to existing and potential clients.
• Follow up with leads generated through Facebook, boosting campaigns, WhatsApp, phone calls, online inquiries, and other marketing channels.
• Handle client inquiries professionally and maintain regular communication throughout the sales process.
• Ensure proper follow-up to maximize lead conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

Facebook / Online Live

• Conduct regular Facebook Live sessions for GO DOT5.
• Present and promote visa services, air tickets, tour packages, Umrah packages, and other travel services.
• Communicate confidently with viewers and respond to questions during live sessions.
• Generate qualified leads and sales through online live sessions.

Visa & Documentation

• Check and verify client documents for visa applications and other travel services.
• Identify missing, incorrect, or incomplete documents and communicate requirements clearly to clients.
• Assess client profiles and recommend suitable visa options based on their requirements.
• Coordinate with the relevant team members to ensure proper documentation and timely processing.

Travel Operations

• Coordinate and monitor day-to-day travel agency operations.
• Maintain practical knowledge of Air Ticketing, Visa Processing, Tour Packages, Hotel Reservations, Corporate Travel, Hajj & Umrah, and related travel services.
• Ensure smooth and timely execution of client requirements.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, suppliers, corporate clients, partners, and internal teams when required.

Team & Business Management

• Support team members and, where applicable, lead and manage assigned teams.
• Monitor performance and ensure responsibilities are completed within deadlines.
• Demonstrate strong decision-making, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
• Prepare regular business, sales, operational, and performance reports.
• Analyze business performance and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
