Executive (Shutter Management) - Constructions

Assist in planning, tracking, and controlling shuttering and form work materials at project sites.

Maintain records of shuttering plates, beams, props, clamps, accessories, and form work systems.

Monitor movement of shuttering materials between sites, yards, and stores.

Verify receipt of shuttering materials against delivery challan and approved documents.

Ensure proper issuance of shuttering materials to site teams as per approved requisitions.

Track return of shuttering materials after de-shuttering and ensure accountability.

Identify damaged, scrap, or non-serviceable shuttering materials.

Monitor shuttering material utilisation to minimise losses, damage, and idle stock.

Maintain usage cycles and life tracking of shuttering plates and systems.

Assist in reducing wastage, pilferage, and unnecessary hiring costs.

Assist in inspection of shuttering materials for damage, alignment, and usability.

Ensure proper stacking, cleaning, oiling, and storage of shuttering materials.

Coordinate minor repairs, maintenance, and segregation of scrap materials.

Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and formwork contractors.

Assist in managing shuttering material hiring, returns, and vendor reconciliation.

Support measurement and verification of hired shuttering materials.

Maintain shuttering material registers, stock reports, and movement records.

Update daily issue/return records and consumption data.

Prepare reports on shuttering availability, utilisation, losses, and damage.

Support audits and internal checks related to shuttering materials.

Ensure safe handling and stacking of shuttering materials at site.

Promote good housekeeping practices in shuttering yards and storage areas.

Assist senior engineers and managers in shuttering planning and tracking.

Perform other duties as assigned related to form work management.
