Ensure production productivity and target achievement with proper support and coordination with Supervisors.
Confirm daily target and SMV with IE and Production Planning on the previous working day.
Ensure sewing line quality and quantity meet SOP, AQL standards, and production targets.
Ensure timely closure of shop orders as per SOP (e.g., 1,000 pairs within 3 days).
Monitor FTR (First Time Pass) and ensure rework remains below the defined target.
Optimize process flow, line balancing, and manpower utilization to achieve maximum efficiency.
Monitor daily production performance and take corrective actions to minimize downtime and production losses.
Coordinate with Quality, IE, Production Planning, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth sewing operations.
