Executive / Senior Executive - Marketing, Sales for Soler

Identify and pitch solar PV systems (rooftop, off-grid, hybrid, or utility-scale) to potential clients.

Conduct client meetings, present techno-commercial solar proposals, and explain return on investment (ROI), pay-back periods, and utility cost savings.

Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation and site surveys to contract negotiation and final deal closing.

Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets assigned by management.

Coordinate localized marketing campaigns, brand activations, eco-exhibitions, and trade shows to generate walk-in and inbound leads.

Distribute marketing materials (brochures, case studies, product sheets) to key commercial decision-makers and residential communities.

Manage digital marketing campaigns alongside agencies, ensuring social media channels consistently highlight completed solar installations and client testimonials.

Ensure company branding is properly represented on site signage, project boards, and promotional collateral.

Work closely with the engineering design team to customize solar proposals based on site roof evaluations and power load profiles.

Guide customers through government subsidies, regulatory paperwork, net-metering approvals, and financing options.

Maintain active records in the company’s CRM system to track sales pipelines and follow-ups.

Monitor local competitor pricing, installation guarantees, and warranty models.

Build a local channel network by partnering with architects, building contractors, electrical consultants, and local plumbers/electricians for referral leads.
