B.Sc in Computer Science Engineering (CSE) / Information Technology (IT)
Minimum 3-4 years of practical experience in IT Infrastructure, Network Administration, Systems Support, or a similar role.
Basic Knowledge Access Control With Attendance System.
Strong knowledge of Desktop PC/laptop hardware assembly and troubleshooting.
Expertise in software and OS installation (Windows, MS Office, antivirus, etc.).
Hands-on experience with printers, scanners, LAN & WAN connectivity.

MTCNA (MikroTik Certified Network Associate)
Configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting MikroTik routers and network infrastructure.
Providing IT support to end users for desktops, laptops, wireless routers, scanners, printers, and other IT assets, in line with company IT policy.
Carrying out network cabling and providing basic networking support.
Configuring and maintaining VLAN
Install, configure and troubleshoot computer hardware (desktop, laptop, peripherals).
Install and upgrade operating systems (Windows) and application software as required.
Setup and maintain printers, scanners and other office devices.
Configure and troubleshoot internet connections, LAN, Wi-Fi routers and networking.
CCTV installation and basic router/firewall configuration.
Perform routine maintenance and health checks for systems and network equipment.
Provide prompt IT support to employees for any technical issues.
Assist in backup, basic server connectivity and network configurations.
Maintain proper documentation of IT assets, installations and troubleshooting activities.
Coordinate with vendors or seniors for escalated technical issues.
Ensure IT devices and network are secure and optimized for performance.
