Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any relevant discipline from a recognized university or National University (NU).

Experience

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Steel, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)

Only candidates currently working as Executive – Sales & Marketing in the steel industry are eligible to apply.
Candidates without relevant current steel industry experience need not apply.

Responsibilities & Context

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, house owner, constructor and retailers .
Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and market potential.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing and customer requirements.
Support dealer/channel development and ensure effective market coverage.
Follow up on sales orders, deliveries, collections and customer requirements.
Prepare regular sales and market visit reports for management.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures and reporting requirements.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
