Executive - Sales & Marketing

Job Location: Dhaka (with occasional travel across designated operational territories)

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Acquisition

• Identify new market opportunities, potential corporate clients, and institutional buyers to generate sales leads.
• Conduct cold calls, schedule client meetings to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and negotiate commercial terms to secure sales.

Sales Operations & Account Management

• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while expanding company market share.
• Coordinate the complete sales cycle—from preparing commercial quotations to delivery oversight and payment collection.
• Manage long-term client relationships to ensure high customer retention, cross-selling, and repeatable business opportunities.
• Technical & Strategic Assessment Queries (For Screening)
