Bachelor`s (Honours) degree in any discipline from a recognised university.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
Candidates who have worked with a reputed real estate company and are well conversant with the entire sales process from receiving and making client calls, information dissemination, and query response, to conducting site visits and bringing clients to the negotiation point will be given preference.
The ideal candidate should have an existing client base of their own.
Working experience in the Jolshiri area (Purbachal) will be given preference.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bangla; working proficiency in English.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Presentable, confident, and comfortable working with high-net-worth clients.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with CRM tools or similar client-tracking systems.
Basic understanding of land/apartment documentation and the real estate purchase process.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as site visits require.
Must be able to travel to project sites on short notice.
