Executive - Sales (B2C)

Job Summary

Explore Holidays Limited is looking for an energetic, customer-focused, and target-oriented Executive – Sales (B2C) to promote and sell international tour packages to individual customers. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating leads, converting sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle B2C customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.

• Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable international tour packages.

• Generate and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

• Prepare quotations and communicate package details, pricing, inclusions, and terms.

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Coordinate with Product Development, Visa, Ticketing, and Operations teams.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

• Provide regular sales and follow-up reports to management.

• Stay updated on international destinations, travel trends, packages, and promotions.
